Foxy is a fox-like animatronic from the popular video game Five Nights at Freddy's. He is a pirate-themed animatronic who lurks by Pirate Cove and is the most active of the animatronics. He is a rusty red fox with a hook in place of his right hand and a patch over his left eye. Foxy almost always appears in the hallway outside the Office, and it's the player's job to watch him through the security camera and close the door if he gets too close. He can be seen sprinting down the hallway, and his speed can increase if the player does not close the door in time. Foxy also has a tendency to be active during the earlier nights and become less active as the week progresses. He is a beloved character, and fans love to theorize about his backstory and why he behaves the way he does.
